Michael Plesnitzer is an industry veteran with 14 years of expertise in commercial real estate. Michael focuses on landlord & tenant representation as well as asset management across New Jersey. Michael leads a team of real estate consultants servicing a large commercial portfolio with gross revenues of over $10M in annual lease revenue. His oversight responsibilities include tenant management, leasing, construction management, and marketing. Michael received a Bachelor of Arts in Management and International Business from the State University of New York College at Plattsburgh. He is a licensed real estate broker in New Jersey and holds the Certified Property Manager designation. Outside of work, Michael enjoys traveling and playing soccer.
Konrad Konik has over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate. He focuses on landlord & tenant representation as well as acquisition & disposition services across New Jersey and New York. Konrad was previously the Head of Acquisitions at Mascia Development, responsible for all aspects of the acquisition cycle of retail investment properties across the entire United States. Before Mascia, Konrad founded Baltic Property Group, a retail-focused commercial real estate investment and brokerage firm that provided acquisition and disposition services, leasing, due diligence, and asset management to the firm’s clients. Prior to the Baltic, Konrad was at New York City Economic Development Corp. (NYCEDC). At NYCEDC, he was directly responsible for strategic oversight of a large portfolio of commercial assets and negotiating and structuring real estate transactions on behalf of the City of New York. Konrad has a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance from New York University and completed a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rutgers University’s School of Business. Konrad is a licensed real estate broker in New Jersey and New York. Konrad enjoys trail running and chasing a powder day on his snowboard when he is not assisting one of his clients.
